Eleven Boutique

Meet Sally Oliver and I’m the owner of Eleven Boutique in Cramlington, Northumberland.  It’s an independent ladieswear boutique established in 2014.

Eleven Boutique specialises in individual styling, focusing on items that you can’t get anywhere else, clothing you won’t find on the high street. They only stock small quantities and Sally curates the collection so our customers will know they are getting a unique look.  She loves seeing women dress with confidence and creating their own personal style.

What can an independent retailer offer? 

Personal service without a doubt. We know our customers really well. We know what our customers will like so we can point them in the right direction. We know their sizes and we keep a database of previous purchases so we can let them know if there is something that will complement their existing wardrobe.

We often have family members buying gifts for loved ones, they come into the shop and because we know our customers taste we can suggest the ideal present. They will leave the boutique with an individually chosen item.
